Assistance with JVC product

If anyone has a question regarding a problem with thier JVC product (error codes, safeguard mode etc) write me for troubleshooting assistance. Please provide your model # if available and note this site so I can assist you better.

  My JVC tv/dvd combo will not read any dvd disc, a message appears that says incorrect disc. I have tried many disc. What are my options

  I have an AV-36980 that wil not always power up. I cannot tell if power is reaching the unit or if the power supply is actually bad. The last time I tried turning it on, nothing hapened so I figured the power supply was blown. Just recently I tried to turn it on again and when I plugged it in, the Timer light began flashing and the tv sounded as if it were being turned on and off quickly but no picture could be seen. I then tried plugging it into another outlet and after doing this I held the on/off button for about 3 seconds and the tv actually turned on. I tried switching outlets but found that it would not work when plugged into a surge protector. After turning the tv off for about 30 minutes, I tried turning it back on and it failed to turn on. I tried plugging it into various outlets once again but it wouldn't turn on, or even show that power was reaching the unit. If you have any idea what might be the culprit, send them my way because I would hate to toss this tv without exhausting all resources...

  i have a mx-ka3 stereo, and when i try to play a cd or use the aux mode the sound comes in and out and the display blinks "protect"

    I am having close to the same problem. Although, I can hear no audio at all. The LCD screen does not blink, but does read "protect." I can not figure out how to release the system from this "protect" mode. Very frustrating. Suggestions? Thank you in advance. Good Times. Nik

  my jvc camera has a problem because it goes into safeguard mode after it runs for a couple of minutes.

  yes i have an older model jvc. model #AB27BP4.
  
  here is the issue, there is a black box that takes up the whole screen except for maybe a half inch on all sides. i dont know what it could be. it just started happening. like channels work, but i cant see enough. i tried resetting the cable box, and the menu on the tv doesnt help at all. so what could it be. Like when i turn on the tv it comes on like 2 or 3 seconds afterwards.

  I've got GR D50 video camera and it's showing "Consideration Operation Paused" message and now allowing me to insert any tapes. I would really appreciate if someone can help me with this.
  
  I've already tried cleaning the camera inside.

  Hi Stacy,
  I have a JVC HX-D7. It worked fine until "PROTECT" flashes on the display, then it shuts down. Could you please help me with my problem?

  i have a jvc camdcorder d250. but this morning the tape was stuck in it. the inside tape container door never pop up and I can't take the tape out or push the tape back in.
