Hi, I was wondering if you could please help me. I got a JVC Digital Video Camera for my Birthday but have got no idea how to use it because the User's Manual/gide was in a strange Chinese or something language. Could you please help me with an English one? Model No. GR-D33AG. I would really appreciate this.

    Thanks

I have a JVC GR-D33u And the dv camcorder works great and I have it for 2 years I think but no problems.. Except when I want to transfer the video to my computer..

I use Movie vegas platinum 7.0 and it shows that it connects and everything but when I play the video to record I get nothing but a black screen..

My friend has a cannon and I took my tape from my camcorder and he put it in his cannon and it transfered with ease so I have found that something is wrong with my camcorder and was hoping you could help me on what I can do.. I bought my camcorder 2 years ago and never came with any software Do I need that for it to work? please get back to me ASAP thanks

Unless you are using a fire-wire input on your PC you always require a USB driver to be installed in the PC, or its impossible to transfer images even although the PC knows that something is connected to it. These driver discs are always supplied along with new camcorders but unfortunately thats the only time! as they cannot be purchased as an accessory afterwards. Of course if using fire-wire you still require to have a video capture / manipulation programme installed (e.g. Nero 6 or 7) but not a driver disc.

We purchased, brand new 3 years ago, JVC AV-56P575 56 IN WIDESCREEN tv. no problems w/it ever until tonight. We were watching a show and all of a sudden it started ghosting red. Badly. Could you tell me why all of a sudden it would do this? Anything we can repair ourselves? My husband is an electrician but wanted to know specifics about our paticular t.v. If we turn the red all the way down (internally) we have a perfect picture again just w/no red. Please respond if you have any suggestions. Thank you

I am in the Middle East. I have a JVC TV Model # AV-F29MX3. I lost the remote and bought a universal remote. Can you give me the code needed to set up my
universal remote to turn the TV on and off and change channels and volume.
    THanks Tommy

We are having a problem with our camcorder being in safe guard mode. The model number is GR-AXM220U

My husband put it on a tri-pod, it tipped over, he now can't get the tape out and I had the battery checked and it is fine. He can't find his manual. Can we get it out of safe guard mode?
