I have a jvc television av-20cm5. suddenly last night, a large black box appeared covering most of the screen. if i press any button on the remote, the box disappears and my picture is fine but only lasts about 5 seconds until i press a remote button again. any idea what the problem could be and if its repairable? thank you for your help

My dad has a JVC in dash am/fm cd player, model number KD-S570. Hes had it for about 3-4 years now, and all of a sudden it stopped accepting cds. The radio still works like a charm, but when u put a cd in it spits it right back out, i was wondering if you could give me a list of what might be wrong with it, that way I can do the troubleshooting to try to figure it out. I think that it might just be dirty, considering my dad lives on a ranch and he encounters dirt roads on a regular basis. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. I have a JVC AV48WP30 TV, it has verticval lines about one inch apart across the entire screen.. if the background is blue then the lines are red and somewhat divided as they go down the full screen...picture looks great behind the lines...but... Can you please advise me as to the problem? thank you

My JVC VCR HR S9500U shuts down after 3 seconds. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or know what has happened? My VCR shows play if pressed and will eject or start if a tape is inserted, and then shut off after 3 seconds. FF REW do not show up if pressed. I have found many references to a problem like this but no solutions. Does anyone know if this problem is worth getting fixed? or how to fix it?

Hi I have a JVC AV-27790 which I got for my birthday in 1996. It worked great until 1998, but then the TV-guide plus stopped working. Soon after that, I couldn't get ANY on screen display at all (including the volume display). I can't get any onscreen menus and can't even change channels. Fortunately it's stuck on channel 3 so I have used the VCR for a tuner. Right now, I still have it boxed up since I moved in 2003. Do you think it's worth fixing?

my jvc DG-D20EK HAS NO DISPLAY

I have a mini JVC digital video camera model no. GR-D22U Thats in E04 safeguard mode. It says eject and reinsert tape. The door opens but the tape compartment will not open to allow you to insert a tape. Can you give me instructions to fix this problem the camera has only been used a couple of times.

I have an AV 32050 and the black back of the menu screen will not go away. It does for a split second if I cange channels. No matter what I do it just keeps coming back.
