SONY C:13:01 ERROR

I get error C:13:01 in SONY cyber short camera. PLEASE GIVER REPLY HOW TO REPAIR.

  Place the MS in your card reader and right click to format the stick.

  My camera gave me this error right after I copied a file off it to my computer...problem is now the file is not on my computer anymore and the camera won\'t give them to me again...What do I do help!!!

  I have a DSC-F717 which started this problem after formatting on a computer but I think that this was entirely coincidental as no other memory stick out of three would work either. I took the camera apart last night as there was no warranty left anyway. I found the memory stick contacts on the camera side to be dull and dirty as well as slightly "sprung". I cleaned them with a pencil eraser and gently positioned them so that better contact would be made with the memory stick. The camera began working again immediately upon putting it back together and so far, so good.

  HELP ME PLEASE. I HAVE A SONY FD MAVICA
  2.0 MEGA PIXELS AND HAVE USED IT WITH NO PROBLEM UNTIL YESTERDAY WHEN I INSERTED A FLOPPY INTO IT AND GOT FORMAT ERROR. NOW ALL DISKS I USE COME UP WITH THIS MESSAGE. I CAN\'T TAKE PICTURES OR SEE WHAT IS ON THE ORIGINAL DISKS. I TRIED FORMATING WITH NO SUCCESS.IS THERE SOMETHING I AM MISSING? PLEASE HELP,JEFF

    I've had the same problem. Have you found a solution?
