Hi, I found this site when my mavica fd-88 came up with the evil c:13:01 error and was so impressed that I had so many options to quick-fix my camera! Unfortunately, I have done every one of the suggested fixes and.....NOTHING!!!! Anyone have any idea why my camera is different or any other ideas? I have bent tabs, reformatted in and out of camera, cleaned disk heads, opened up the camers(looks good to me)and more, what else is there?

I formatted my 64m stick on my new Dell PC XP using a card reader. I was very careful in handling the stick and removing from the reader, but when I put it in my Sony Cyber camera. I kept getting th Format Error C:13:01. I tryed to format it with the camera but no luck. Can you help me.

This 128mb SanDisk memory stick is less than one year old Now after a few month's using the stick again it results in a C:13:01 error on my DSC-P92 Sony camera.Unable to format Windows is not able to format the stick either.

After a c:13:01 error on a sony memory stick (128Mo) - certainly due to upload to the MS by my computer when i try to download it.
The Format in the command shell is not enough (FAT system)
I used the demo version of mediaRecover (you can download/ ask google to help you)
I format, then wipe and now it is ok. MediaRecover should help you to recover files: I didn't try, but if you wish follow the instructions

hope this help in this unclear subject

Hi, sorry to bother you guy but if anyone could help me I would really appreciate it. I have access to the disk new or used. I can see the pictures in them. When I try to see it in my computer, I get the message that the disk is not formated, if I put it back in the camera, I can see all the pictures and I can even take more pictures. Does anyone know anything about this error???
    Thanks,

Go to Sony.com there is a link for live online chat, you have to go to support for camera's link first
