Assistance for Error Codes

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

  I am having that re-insert cassette error C:31:23 code...HELP!!! I tried recharging, removing the battery and putting it back on, getting new tapes, and I am still out of luck! Can you help me? I would be so appreciative!

  What do I do, I got an Ho3 message it wont read my disks. I have an LX97 porable Dvd Panasonic and Ive tried everything.The yellow dots dont appear, it will wait a few sec. then say I have an HO3 message. What should I do?

  I get error H03 on my Panasonic portable dvd. I don't hear it spinning and usually you can when it is playing.

  I have a Sony DCR TRV 260 and when I try here lately to play a tape it skips and stops. It will not play my tapes same ones I have used for a while. I used a dry clean tape and it still does it. I have reset the camcorder also. Please help.

  I have a JVC GR-DVL520U and it displays E03 and then it will say Remove and reinsert tape. It will also say that unit is in safeguard mode It will not play tapes. I am wondering what is causing this. Any information that you could give would be very helpful.
