I just bought a JVC Gr-SXM515 and the tape will not eject (It's stuck I think). Do you know how I can get it unstuck or make it eject? Any help you can give me would be most appreciated. Thanks

I would like to see if maybe you can assist me with this minor problem that has turned into a major problem with my camcorder. I already read the instructions and I know it says to remove the battery for a few minutes until the error clears, and I did several times and the problem is still exsisting... It says E06 UNIT IN SAFEGUARD MODE REMOVE AND REATTACH BATTERY...do you have any idea if maybe this probleM is because I dropped the camera the other day, even though it was in the leather case I bought for it?

    Hi
I have owned a GR-DVM50 U for about three years now and not used it a great deal. A recent addition to my family prompted me to capture the moments but the same E04 fault indications that so many people have been talking about occured. The camera motor seems to initialy work then sounds like the motor cranks up the speed and makes a high pitched whine before displaying the fault code. Can you advise me on a course of action to take please.
